Samuel H. Becker
Samuel H. Becker is an attorney and Philadelphia native with 45+ years' experience representing clients in complex issues as part of teams dealing with financial and legal problems. For years, Sam has represented clients in the acquisition of solvent and insolvent companies, helping his clients untangle relationships with bankrupt counter parties, and representing both lenders and borrowers in financial loans, leases and other financial transactions. Additionally, his experience includes helping restructure real estate financial problems.
Sam has spent much of his career giving back to his communities. He is a volunteer, a mentor, and a leader in charitable and civic organizations.
